When will I get my order?

 

Shipping time depends on your location but usually takes 5–10 business days.

Will I be charged customs for my order?

 

We currently do not ship out of the country.

How are your products made?

 

We generally pray about and then design our tees or they were birthed out of a very difficult period. Thereafter, we work with a print-on-demand drop shipper who uses eco-friendly materials.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

 

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at ??? within 24 hours of receipt with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details and we’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible. If it is determined your tee has been worn, you will not receive a refund.

Do you offer refunds?

 

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong, damaged, and non-sale items. If any of these apply, please contact us at ??? with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll work to ensure you’re satisfied. Be sure to refer to our Returns Policy.

​Where will my order ship from?

Before reaching out to our Customer Service Team, please help us out by doing the following:

 

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address.

  • Ask your local post office if they have your package.

  • Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them.

  • Check your camera footage to ensure it was not stolen.

 

If the shipping address was correct, and the package is not at your post office or neighbor’s, get in touch with us at ??? with your order number. If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we'll be more than happy to provide a replacement order. However, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

How do I track my order?

 

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at ??? and we’ll be more than happy to research the location of your package as well.

What’s your return policy?

 

We do not offer returns or exchanges on sale items. Check out our Returns Policy.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
