Welcome to Wait School. The Wait School website, herein referred to as (the “Site”) is comprised of various web pages operated by Wait School, herein referred to as (“Wait School”). Wait School is offered to you, herein referred to as (the “user”) conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, agreements and notices contained herein (the “Terms”). Your use of Wait School constitutes your agreement to all such Terms and Conditions. Please read these Terms carefully.

Wait School is for-profit, faith-based, sole proprietorship, minority/woman-owned, online wait school™ specializing in Outercourse consulting, coaching, and speaking.

Privacy

Your use of Wait School is subject to the Wait School’s Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs our Site and keeps users informed of our data collection practices.

Children Under Eighteen

Wait School does not collect, either online or offline, personal information from persons under the age of eighteen. If you are under 18, you may not use Wait School without your parents or guardian’s permission. By using this site, you agree that you are 18 or above. All coaching, Wait Shop requests, and book/ebook/ecourse orders placed by minors are ineligible for cancellation and/or refunds and hereby are subject to our Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

We do not provide returns for all materials sold on this site. Coaching appointments may only be cancelled with a 72-hour advance notice. Thereafter, clients will be refunded 75% of their advance payments.

Links to Third Party Sites/Third Party Services

Wait School may contain links to other websites (“Linked Sites”). The Linked Sites are not under the auspices or control of Wait School and thus, Wait School is not responsible for the contact of any Linked Site, including without limitation any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. Wait School is providing these links to you for your consideration as you are not under any obligation to view and purchase from the Linked Sites. It should be stated that Linked Sites do not constitute and/or imply endorsement by Wait School, nor does it imply any association with its owners, operators, and/or users.

Certain services made available via Wait School are delivered by third party sites and/or organizations. By purchasing any product, service or functionality originating from the Wait School domain, you hereby acknowledge and consent that Wait School may share your information and date for the purpose of fulfilling your order only. We will not share your data with any Linked and/or Third-Party site.

No Unlawful or Prohibited Use/Intellectual Property

As a condition of your use of Wait School, you agree that you will not use the Site for any purpose that is unlawful, deceitful, or prohibited by law. You agree to not mine data, back link, and/or access/hack data during your visit and/or in the future. By using the Site, you agree to not use the Site in any manner which could damage, disable, overburden, impede, hack, grease, or impair the Site or interfere with any other party’s use of the Site. You also agree not to obtain and/or attempt to obtain any materials, data, design, post, phrase, tagline, or information through any means not intentionally made available or provided for through the Site.

All content included such as content, books, articles, posts, blogs, data, phrases, designs, texts, graphics, logos, images, pictures, as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used on the Site, is the intellectual property of Wait School or its authorized providers and suppliers and protected by copyright and other laws that protect intellectual property and proprietary rights. As a user, you agree to observe and abide by all copyright and other proprietary notices or other restrictions contained in any such content and will not alter and/or change or attempt to use without the express, written permission of Wait School personnel.

You agree to not modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, found on the site without the express written permission of Wait School. At this time, Wait School content is not for resale. Be advised that your use of the Site does not entitle you to make any unauthorized use of any protected content. We do not grant any user any license, express and/or implied, to the intellectual property of Wait School or our affiliates except as expressively authorized by these Terms.

International Users

Our website is controlled, operated, and administered by Wait School from our offices within the USA. Should you access our website from a location outside of the United States, you are responsible for compliance with all national, state, and local laws. You agree that you will not use the Wait School content accessed through Wait School in any country or in any manner prohibited by any applicable laws, restrictions or regulations.

Indemnification

You also agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Wait School, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and third parties, for any losses, costs, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) relating to or arising from your use of or inability to use the website, services, eLearning materials and books, any user postings made by you, your violation of any terms of this Agreement or your violation of any rights of a third party, or your violation of any applicable laws, rules, or regulations. Wait School reserves the right, at its own cost, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will fully cooperate with Wait School in asserting any available defenses.

Arbitration

In the event the parties are not able to resolve any dispute between them arising out of or concerning these Terms and Conditions, or any provisions hereof, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise at law or in equity for damages or any other relief, then such dispute shall be resolved only by final and binding arbitration pursuant to the Federal Arbitration Act, conducted by a single neutral arbitrator and administered by the American Arbitration Association, or a similar arbitration service selected by the parties, in a location mutually agreed upon by the parties. The arbitrator’s award shall be final, and judgement may be entered upon it in any court having jurisdiction. In the event that any legal or equitable action, proceeding or arbitration arises out of or concerns these Terms and Conditions, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover its costs and reasonable attorney’s fees. The parties agree to arbitrate all disputes and claims regarding these Terms and Conditions or any disputes arising as a result of these Terms and Conditions, whether directly or indirectly, including Tort claims that are a result of these Terms and Conditions. The parties agree that the Federal Arbitration Act governs the interpretation and enforcement of this provision, unless deemed by a Wait School attorney. The entire dispute, including the scope and enforceability of this arbitration provision shall be determined by the Arbitrator. This arbitration provision shall survive the termination of these Terms and Conditions.

Liability Disclaimer

THE INFORMATION, SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES INCLUDED IN OR AVAILABLE THROUGH THE SITE MAY INCLUDE INACCURACIES OR TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS, FOR WHICH WAS NOT INTENDED AND FOR WHICH WE APOLOGIZE. CHANGES ARE PERIODICALLY ADDED TO THE INFORMATION TO CORRECT BOTH THE INACCURACIES AND TYPOGRAPHICAL ERRORS. WAIT SCHOOL AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS MAY MAKE IMPROVEMENTS AND/OR CHANGES TO THE SITE AT ANY TIME, WHICH MAY OCCUR AT OR DURING PURCHASE.

WAIT SCHOOL AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS ABOUT THE SUITABILITY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, TIMELINESS, AND ACCURACY OF THE SOFTWARE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES, AND RELATED GRAPHICS CONTAINED ON THE SITE, THAT ARE OUTSIDE OF OUR DIRECT CONTROL, FOR ANY PURPOSE. IF YOU, THE USER, ARE DISSATISFIED WITH ANY PORTION OF THE WEBSITE, OR WITH ANY OF THESE TERMS OF USE, YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USING THE WEBSITE IMMEDIATELY.

Termination/Access Restriction

Wait School reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate your access to the website and the related services or any portion thereof at any time, without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, this agreement of these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts in the State of Texas in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of Wait School. Use of the website is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give deference and effect to all provisions of these Terms, without limitation.

You, the user, agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, or agency relationship exists between you and Wait School as a result of this agreement or use of the website. Wait School’s performance of this agreement is subject to existing laws and legal process in the State of Texas, and nothing contained in this agreement is in derogation of Wait School’s right to comply with governmental, court and law enforcement requests or requirements relating to your use of the website or information provided to or gathered by Wait School with respect to such use. If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth therein, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid, enforceable provision, reviewed by all legal parties, that most closely matches the intent of the original provision and the remainder of the agreement shall continue in effect.

Unless otherwise specified herein, this agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the user and Wait School with respect to the website and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether digital, electronic, oral, visual or written, between the user and Wait School with respect to the website. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form with the express written permission of the proprietor. It is the express wish of the proprietor that this agreement and all related documents be written in English and approved by appropriate Wait School staff.

Changes to Terms

Wait School reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change the Terms and Conditions under which Wait School is offered and operated. The most current version of the Terms and Conditions will supersede all previous versions, unless deemed by proprietor forthwith. The Wait School website, herein referred to as (the “Site”) is comprised of various web pages operated by Wait School, herein referred to as (“Wait School”) and is herein offered to you, herein referred to as (the “user”). This Privacy Policy describes how you, the user’s, personal information is collected, used, and may be shared when you visit or make a purchase from Wait School (the “Site”).

We refer to this information as “Order Information.”

We do not collect offline or purchase marketing data. However, our website provider may, so again, please be sure to review the above referenced website information for Wix®.

When we refer to “Personal Information” in our Privacy Policy, please note we are referring to your Device Information and Order Information as well.

How Do We Use Your Personal Information?

Wait School uses your Order Information to fulfill any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or your order confirmations). Additionally, we use your Order Information to:

At this time, we do not ship to Europe. However, for your information, please note that if you are a European resident, you have the right to access personal information that other companies hold about you and to ask that your personal information be corrected, updated, or deleted. Data Retention

When you place an order through our Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.
